BITW restorations has become known worldwide, not only for quality but also for our warranties. At one time we started staffing up to restore 300 machines a year but discovered inherent quality control problems as a result of assembly line production which created people who worked for a paycheck instead of taking pride in their work. For this reason, in 2005 we consolidated our restoration operation into our Charles Town building (3 blocks from our store) and reduced our staff to 3 fulltime specialists who take great pride in their work. Now, only restoring 40 or so machines each year, most are sold before they are finished. Pictured below are machines that are available along with their estimated completion date.
